The Burraco
Steve's latest creation -- a unique blend of a burrito and a taco, hence the name.
It's the original UFO ... Unidentified Food Object, with the shape to match. Fuss-free food that's easy to eat, and less messy than a traditional burrito.
The Burraco comes in many varieties, be sure to ask when you visit. Pictured at right is the Veggie, with spinach and whole wheat wrappings.
